Helen A. Sallade, 92, formerly of Harwick, died peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Mrs. Sallade was born January 28, 1930 in Harmar and was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Zebrak . She has lived the past 48 years in Allegheny Township. She and her husband, Warren, owned the former Sallade’s Bar. She enjoyed shopping on Amazon, QVC and HSN, watching Highmark, playing her games on the tablet, watching The Birds, laughing with her family, friends and caregivers, and watching her great-grandchildren grow up. Survivors include three daughters, Karen (late James) Moody, Deborah (Raymond) Kishkowski and Cindy (Timothy) Gould; sister-in-law, Vivian Sarniak; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Helen was reunited with two brothers; a sister; two sons-in-law; a great-grandson; and his forever love, Warren Sallade. Our family would like to warmly thank the people who became her family and who took care of her and helped her. Friends and family will gather to celebrate Helen’s good life at a later date.
